| These vehicles first entered
service with London Transport between 1986 and 1987.
All except D141 FYM (Blackburn No.41 (81)) which was
allocated to Norwood depot, went into service from Plumstead
depot.
All were privatised to Stagecoach Selkent in 1997.
D324 YNO, which originally was registered as D262 FUL,
had been fitted with coach seats when new, was re-fitted
with bus seats.
After being withdrawn and sold to Ensign Bus (Purfleet),
they were purchased by Blackburn Transport and put into
service in October 2000. D141 FYM (Blackburn No. 41
(81)) received a special gold livery to celebrate the
Queen's Golden Jubilee.
No.30, which had been convertd to single door prior
to arrical at Blackburn, was the last ECW bodied vehicle
manufactured.
In late July 2004 five further vehicles arrived and
were numbered 76-81, entering service in September.
These vehicles were painted in the new 'schools contract'
livery. On August 1st 2004 No.'s 41-45 were re-numbered
81-85
