| The first 8ft wide vehicles
arrived in 1961 in the form of ten Guy Arab 6LW's with
East Lancs 63-seat bodies.
They were affectionately known as 'joburgs' (as in
Johannasburg, South Africa), though the depot staff
referred to them as 'Big Guys'.
No.168 eventually became a Driver Training vehicle
in 1976 and the rest were withdrawn shortly afterwards.
