Fleet No.'s: 54-55

 Vehicles in this gallery have an individual page for each bus.

These vehicles were the first non-Leyland buses to be purchased by the Corporation, and also the first to have locally built East Lancashire Coachbuilders bodywork.

No.54 was withdrawn in August 1951, being sold to K. Birtwistle of Preston and No. 55 in July 1958, being sold to Max Speed Transportation of London.
